Lifepath Supports Inc. is a not-for-profit agency that provides professional payee services to vulnerable individuals. Our focus is to improve the lives of our clients with safe, secure, and compassionate representative payee services. We are a tax exempt 501(c)(3) organization and are authroized by the social security administration to be a fee for service organization.

Eligibility Requirements:
Rep Payee services are provided with Medicaid Case Management services. In order to qualify for Rep Payee services with Lifepath Supports Inc. you must participate in Medicaid Case Management services through Lifepath Counseling and Wellness.
Fees:
Payee services are charged on a sliding scale but the minimal cost is $30 a month
